CS - Sales Pipeline Support

Occasionally, Sales enquiries will come through to the Support Pipeline. It's important to delegate/assign these enquiries appropriately, so that they can be replied to in a timely manner by the sales team.

Step 1. Assess the ticket and determine that it's a sales enquiry. You can do this by:

  • Reading the information provided in the ticket
  • Click into the contact and see if we have prior correspondence or if they have placed orders with us before. 

Step 2. Fill in the properties in the ticket as below (adjusting as per your name/the customer's location): 

Step 3. The sales team operates out of 'Contacts' not tickets, so we need to fill in the contact record with as much information as we can, so that the sales team will see it in their pipeline.
